FEE REFUND POLICY

 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A REFUND? :

 

For refund of Tuition Fees a Refund Form has to be filled and submitted to the Administration department of the School. This form can be colected from the Administration Department.

 

Dates for submitting the Fee refund form are mentioned in the academic calender. Fee refund applications have to be submitted on or before the stipulated date. Any submission of form there after will not be considered.

 

HOW DOES THE REFUND POLICY WORK?

 

TUITION FEES: Withdrawal of admission will take immediate effect once the form has been accepted by the school. The student will have to get signed approvals from various relevant departments before submitting the form to the school. The student will have to submit their Identity Cards if issued along with the form.

 

The Admission Withdrawal form has to be submitted and an approval receipt of the same has to be collected by the student 15 days before the commencement of the First day of the semester. The processing fee for admission is non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

 

If the Form is submitted after this period and before the completion of one week from the start date of the semester, 50% of the fees will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

 

There will be no refund of fees after the completion of one week from the start date of the semester.

 

If the student has applied for the installment payment plan then there will be no refund from the first installment paid towards the admission of the student.

 

HOSTEL FEES:

The hostel deposit will be refunded along with the refund of tuition fees. The student will be charged for the month during which the form is submitted. The student will have to vacate the hostel premise from the following month.

 

The students will have to submit the ORIGINAL fee receipt to the Administration office when collecting the Refunded fees.

 

The following fees are non refundable :

 

  • Application Fee.

  • Admission Processing Fee.

  • Installment payment plan Processing fee.

  • Late payment fee.

  • Replacement of lost ID card fee.

WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND OF THE FEES?

 

The fees will be refunded to the student at the end of the month that follows the month in which the application of Fee Refund has been sumitted. Example: If you apply for the Fee refund on or in between 1st - 31st of a month, the refund will be given at the end of the next month.
